The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Prices shown are starting prices and are not an offer; a binding price is given in a written proposal.
Projects and payment
Each project is governed by a signed proposal or contract that sets the scope, timeline, price in US dollars and payment milestones. Work begins once the first milestone payment is received.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the source code, designs and trained models created for you. Open-source and third-party components remain under their own licences.
Confidentiality
We treat everything you share as confidential and sign an NDA on request.
Warranty and support
Fixed-price projects include 30 days of support after launch for defects in the delivered scope.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
